Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items
  • Personalised items
  • Gift cards

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at kristin@notestotreasure.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return and we will share the return address with you.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  3. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). If you have requested an exchange or credit note, these will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
